Many of the sessions that the students are attending are very focused on their chosen career field.Some are focused on leadership qualities.Then there are those that are intentionally setup to take students out of their comfort zone.One thing we are clear about is growth happens outside of the comfort zone.Karen Salmansohn states “The best things in life are often waiting for you at the exit ramp of your comfort zone.”In our commitment to exposing the students to their best selves, we escort them to the exit of their comfort zone.In doing this we provide the space for them to explore this new terrain of their leadership and life.Our goal is not to change the students who attend but to unleash the greatness that is already within them.In order to do that, a gentle nudge to the exit of their comfort zone is a must.
